I've used 3mc for three remortgages this year and am extremely impressed with their efficiency and overall service. I've received regular updates by text and email at key stages in the process and also by phone which is really nice. You can always get through and speak to the person dealing with your application and they clearly have good relationships with the mortgage providers given the speed with which my applications have been dealt with. Excellent & Professional Service! I recently engaged the services of 3mc Mortgage Brokers for a remortgage of one of my Buy-to-let properties and I was very impressed! My initial enquiry was handled by Mollie Axon who provided a detailed report of a number of options for me to consider after her detailed research of the market. This information allowed me to select a mortgage product most suitable for my requirements and 3mc’s online portal allowed my application to be processed quickly resulting in the valuation being issued within 3 days! Leigh and the team (George and Louise) have done a fantastic job in arranging a mortgage for our BTL company. There were a number of false starts, and properties that fell through but 3MC were able to work round this. When the recent financial blip hit and mortgage rates went up, Leigh was able to negotiate with the mortgage company and get the expired mortgage offer extended meaning that the purchase was financially viable once again and effectively saved the business. Great communication throughout. Thank you again and would definitely work with 3MC again.

A really amazing company. Firstly, they found me deals that other mortgage advisers said were not available. Secondly, they kept me updated every step of the way. Even when one or two issues came up, they were patient with answering my questions. I would highly recommend them and they will be my first call whenever I'm looking for a mortgage.

Stephen Derbyshire at 3MC is superb. Excellent personal service, finds solutions and leverages relationships where others can't and extremely reasonable on fees. Five stars.

We will never use them again. The only shining light there is Craig. He managed to get the one and only deal we will ever introduce to them over the line after 8 months of poor handling by them and the lender - Hampshire Trust Bank. We introduced 4 or 5 other deals to them, one of which got to the offer stage, and then the lender pulled out because they decided they don't like AirBnB investments even though they knew it was from the start. After the customer had paid fees including a valuation which was over £1k there was no recompense. The response time was extremely slow and often a week would go by with no update and when they did the lender would be blamed - not good enough. You represent the lender - get them in line. There were many overpromises and a total lack of care throughout the whole experience. Passed from person to person and no one would know what was going on - just reading from notes on the system. 3MC put the Brokering Industry to shame - you need to sort your act and fast.

A tricky refixing got to a good result. Leigh even got us a better deal by briefly going to a variable rate to give mortgage rates a chance to catch up with December's fall in bond yields.

You discover the true value of any service provider when the going gets tough. In my latest case (of many) with 3mc, we were seeking an urgent BTL remortgage but had severe problems getting our address records moved away from that property such that our credit reports would show we didn't live there any longer. Changes to the electoral register had been restricted for 2-3 months while local elections were held so our hands were completely tied. However, luckily, our good friend Stephen at 3mc first found another lender who might accept this unfortunate bottleneck and, second, escalated the case to their national head of lending, manging to successfully appeal their initial rejection. Fantastic! In contrast, we happened to also briefly try another broker (CLS Money) as a comparison point. Their service was so bad that they simply stopped returning our calls on the first sign of difficulty. If you want a broker you can trust to be on your side and to fight for you, look no further than 3mc. Highly recommended.

I write to explain just how impressed I have been with Jayde, regarding the record breaking, torturous cases in the student accommodation block called ‘The Junxion’, which have exceeded 3 years in processing as we approach completion. I will give you the abridged version of events, but I have worked on these cases for over 3 years and had to deal with the cladding issue, post Grenfell, EWS1’s, Covid, the advent of the new BSA and three different firms of solicitors, a toxic cocktail in anyone’s workload. All of these issues individually could have sunk this application, but to have to deal with them all has been a Sisyphean task. There have been so many false starts, I can’t remember them all, but I was happy with the support I received from @@@ at the time, who was professional and knowledgeable. When ### left at a key juncture, I feared the worst, because how could anyone pick up these cases and run with them given the size of the files and the complexity of them. To compound things further the fee earner at WC Solicitors fell seriously ill and was replaced by a whole new team. I was introduced to Jayde as my new case handler and I was guilty of making assumptions based on nothing more than a voice which sounded very young. I felt quite despondent at the time because I assumed it was going to be one more area for me to manage and be responsible for when dealing with my clients. I could not have been more wrong, Jayde showed a degree of confidence when dealing with me and others that reassured me almost immediately and demanded a level of respect, which was impressive to say the very least. Her confidence grew as she became more aware of the cases, their history and the key participants. As time went by it was clear to me the chasm of expertise, know-how and confidence her former colleague offered when compared to her, in-fact when compared to any and every case manager from any packager I have ever used in 33 years in this industry. We all have personal issues to deal with on top of our employment, which can be tough at times. I can tell you that Jayde helped me cope with these cases to such an extent that I was able to focus more on other cases that were languishing in an ever-increasing backlog, such was the confidence I had in her to deliver. I knew that she was ‘pushing back’ when it was needed with the lender and different firms of solicitors, which showed a lot of confidence, moreover she never failed to call me back or deliver on something she said she would do. Imagine getting updates when you wouldn’t expect them from any other service provider, it was such a treat! Well now we are hopefully going to complete inside the last two days of the 4th or 5th extension of the 8th or 9th set of offer terms and conditions, and that is in no small part down to Jayde. I am looking for a key administrator as we re-structure and I would offer Jayde the position in the blink of an eye, so keep your office door locked! Please pass on my gratitude and thanks for her sterling work, supporting me to completion on 3 cases that have become the longest, most drawn out and complex in my career to date, she deserves a huge pat on the back.
