Given the rapidly rising rates of mid 2023, I really wanted to consider all my options carefully. Jess from 3MC put an enormous amount of work into finding a suitable mortgage and renewing the information she provided as the situation changed. Besides the obvious headline figures she was also able to identify all of the nuances from individual providers which made them either suitable or not for my needs. I simply wouldn't have been able to determine those details without the help of a broker and 3MC did a good job, never once sounding frustrated when I needed to change my mind to fit the evolving situation.
my previous experience has been good with 3mc but in last transaction the service was substandard. There was no response from the representative and delay led to expiry of my initial application. So I had to put a new application resulting in delay of completion of purchase. This could potentially cause drop of sale. I think this was due to changeover of staff and last manager Kieran was good.

We will never use them again. The only shining light there is Craig. He managed to get the one and only deal we will ever introduce to them over the line after 8 months of poor handling by them and the lender - Hampshire Trust Bank. We introduced 4 or 5 other deals to them, one of which got to the offer stage, and then the lender pulled out because they decided they don't like AirBnB investments even though they knew it was from the start. After the customer had paid fees including a valuation which was over £1k there was no recompense. The response time was extremely slow and often a week would go by with no update and when they did the lender would be blamed - not good enough. You represent the lender - get them in line. There were many overpromises and a total lack of care throughout the whole experience. Passed from person to person and no one would know what was going on - just reading from notes on the system. 3MC put the Brokering Industry to shame - you need to sort your act and fast.
Approached 3mc as a member of NRLA and was very impressed with the communication, speed of execution of my instructions and the overall timeframe to process multiple remortgage applications. One product switch remortgage was organised in less than a week from start to completion.
I write to explain just how impressed I have been with Jayde, regarding the record breaking, torturous cases in the student accommodation block called ‘The Junxion’, which have exceeded 3 years in processing as we approach completion. I will give you the abridged version of events, but I have worked on these cases for over 3 years and had to deal with the cladding issue, post Grenfell, EWS1’s, Covid, the advent of the new BSA and three different firms of solicitors, a toxic cocktail in anyone’s workload. All of these issues individually could have sunk this application, but to have to deal with them all has been a Sisyphean task. There have been so many false starts, I can’t remember them all, but I was happy with the support I received from @@@ at the time, who was professional and knowledgeable. When ### left at a key juncture, I feared the worst, because how could anyone pick up these cases and run with them given the size of the files and the complexity of them. To compound things further the fee earner at WC Solicitors fell seriously ill and was replaced by a whole new team. I was introduced to Jayde as my new case handler and I was guilty of making assumptions based on nothing more than a voice which sounded very young. I felt quite despondent at the time because I assumed it was going to be one more area for me to manage and be responsible for when dealing with my clients. I could not have been more wrong, Jayde showed a degree of confidence when dealing with me and others that reassured me almost immediately and demanded a level of respect, which was impressive to say the very least. Her confidence grew as she became more aware of the cases, their history and the key participants. As time went by it was clear to me the chasm of expertise, know-how and confidence her former colleague offered when compared to her, in-fact when compared to any and every case manager from any packager I have ever used in 33 years in this industry. We all have personal issues to deal with on top of our employment, which can be tough at times. I can tell you that Jayde helped me cope with these cases to such an extent that I was able to focus more on other cases that were languishing in an ever-increasing backlog, such was the confidence I had in her to deliver. I knew that she was ‘pushing back’ when it was needed with the lender and different firms of solicitors, which showed a lot of confidence, moreover she never failed to call me back or deliver on something she said she would do. Imagine getting updates when you wouldn’t expect them from any other service provider, it was such a treat! Well now we are hopefully going to complete inside the last two days of the 4th or 5th extension of the 8th or 9th set of offer terms and conditions, and that is in no small part down to Jayde. I am looking for a key administrator as we re-structure and I would offer Jayde the position in the blink of an eye, so keep your office door locked! Please pass on my gratitude and thanks for her sterling work, supporting me to completion on 3 cases that have become the longest, most drawn out and complex in my career to date, she deserves a huge pat on the back.

A really amazing company. Firstly, they found me deals that other mortgage advisers said were not available. Secondly, they kept me updated every step of the way.
